RAY BALDWIN

Born in Hillsboro Oregon in 1949, as a native Oregonian, I have seen Oregon change, not for the better.

​

       After running for the congressional 5th district seat in 2014 and 2016, against demo aggressive Kurt Schrader; I’ve come to the table of public opinion with knowledge and experience of the deep state and government corruption.

​

     In 2017 and 2018, as a private attorneys general, a position only citizens can participate in not government employees, to protect and sue government officials when found violating the oath and duty, a position grated at the first continental congress 1789 under the attorney generals act.

​

     I sued Governor Kate Brown in United States Federal District Court for acts of Constitutional violations of the 1st amendment when she was Secretary of State. Along with, Jean Atkins acting Secretary of State, Sharell Hall, Clackamas County clerk, and two of her deputy clerks under the RICO act, organized crime statues, in case number 3;16CV00109PK, for title 18 sec 4 violation of the first amendment, right to access the record, with common law constitutional documents such as (POA, Power of Attorney), (DPA, Durable Power of Attorney), (AMD, Advance Medical Directive.)

 

      Corruption in the U.S District court Required me to appeal to the 9th circuit court of appeals, case # (17-35382) to fight against the sedition of the U.S. Constitution, where I won and showed Oregon Attorney General and Clackamas Attorneys in fraud; for approbating and not notifying the court and the appellant.

 

     I did this; to fight back and protect the constitution against government intrusion on our rights. I did this; as a self-litigant, showing that we the people, do have rights under Su Juris, to argue withstanding in court.
